It'd be great if there were an opportunity after closing to have options for lot improvements--I mean for exterior things. For example, my lot has a very steep side right off the patio that's unusable. If I'd realized it was going to be so steep, I probably would have gone for the extended patio option initially. I'll probably have to pay someone to add an extension at some point because it's rather wasted space at the moment. |

They are the best with one exception. We feel that the lawn and shrubs around the homes could improve.
