Excellent customer service from beginning to, uh, now (not the end!). The construction is great and the amenities are excellent. Good choices and opportunities to add your own signature to a build. |
So, it can't get higher, but sometimes it's not clear what the lot will be like when all is said and done. It'd be great if there were an opportunity after closing to have options for lot improvements--I mean for exterior things. For example, my lot has a very steep side right off the patio that's unusable. If I'd realized it was going to be so steep, I probably would have gone for the extended patio option initially. I'll probably have to pay someone to add an extension at some point because it's rather wasted space at the moment. |

Custodial service has been good and we have had no issues with or home. We have had a neighbor that has had issues but not us. |
The only thing I can think of is enforce the parking situation more. Too many folks sticking out in the road. It would have been a great help if there was a construction entrance to Everlee. The trucks and traffic have destroyed that first impression when you drive in. |

We have had several homes in multiple states that were new construction and the process from beginning to end was straight forward and seamless. Our interactions with Rachel throughout the warranty process have been great and we are very satisfied with our new home. |
Since I scored Signature a 10 out of 10, there are no glaring improvements I would recommend. |

This is the third Signature home we have purchased. Signature builds a great home and we have been very happy with the product. They are the best with one exception. We feel that the lawn and shrubs around the homes could improve. The lawn is very uneven with lots of ruts and holes, making mowing some times challenging andor dangerous. |
The lawn installation need to improve and the homes are really too close together. |

I love my home! Everyone was great to work with- Nancy Hale, Sarah, Carol, Rachel, and Katie. The features available were perfect. Purchasing when we did so we are in the cul de sac and private backyard with the beautiful woods was smart. So many conveniences around the home (out lets, spacious closets, open floor plan, opportunity to extend the garage and patio). As a gardener I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of flowering plants placed in my landscape. Rachel was responsive to my needs during the 1 year inspection. |
I did have a design issue with a sink and the initial response was not what I expected (no response) as a homeowner making a significant investment in a new home build. I pushed the issue and Nancy took the initiative to assist to ensure I received the right resolution. Also, in my design I selected bronzegold kitchen cabinet hardware and brushed metal sink faucet and pot filler. After moving in I realize the 2 do not match well in my design. it would be good to have more design advice since it can be difficult to envision the right features before the home is built. At this point it would be good to receive updates on the amenities center progress and build out plans for Everlee. |

The building experience was great, and I loved the customizations and responsiveness of everyone involved. After moving in, the people who reached out to schedule appointments for necessary things like the security system and warranty overview were so helpful. Moving is so overwhelming, so having someone to reach out was great. I'm so happy with my home! |
