Signature is certainly at the top of my recommendations. The only thing I would warn other buyers on is the unclear rolesresponsibilities between homeowners, the developer, and HOA in Signature’s newly developedstill-developing neighborhoods. For example, I live in Everlee. We’ve had issues with townhome parking and amenity center availability. Homeowners have to go through the HOA, which defers to the developer, and the developer doesn’t fix the issue, so the homeowners are still left with problems. |

The design meeting went very well. The only reason that I did not give it a 10 is due to having to make a couple of corrections after the first documents for me to sign were sent. Paula made the corrections in addition to alterations that I requested quickly and the documents were signed in a timely manner with payment submitted by me. |
Encourage buyers to visit the design center prior to their meeting with the designer. I was not informed that I had that ability immediately but thankfully was told by the selling agent when I happened to be at the model showing a friend around while waiting for my design appointment date. It helped me tremendously to be able to spend time looking at all of the options in person prior to our appt date. |

I was a bit disappointed to learn that because of the topography of our lot that our proposed privacy fence could only extend 4’11 34” beyond our covered patio. We were hoping for a bit more given that we paid more for the larger corner lot. We were also hoping for a sink in the utility room but were advised it hadn’t been plumbed for that. |

You can tell so much thought and planning went into this development and I just can't wait to continue watching it evolve over the years to come as it builds out. |
I would have loved more flexibility with the design process. I didn't have the budget for one of the fully custom homes, but as someone with a passion for design and just overall excitement on building with SH, I was a bit bummed when the collections put so much restriction on the overall aesthetic I had dreamed about. I would have liked the opportunity to add more upgrades and get bolder with my choices. I will say though that Paula made the design appointment SO great! She went above and beyond and helped me visualize these collections better and made me feel comfortable with my choice in the end. |

Most all of us in Primrose are still struggling with our address not being recognized by the world. We all got Power, Gas, Electric, Water Sewer, set up fairly easily, but the post office doesn't recognize the addresses nor does Google maps. I would like to think that you all could do more on that front, if possible to make that process a little easier on a new homeowner in a new address on a new street but the world doesn't recognize just yet. Outside of that, everything has been amazingly smooth and I'm greatly appreciated and respect that. |
