We appreciated the thoroughness of the review. The builder and our designer Mike clearly showcased and explained key areas in the walkthrough and were able to answer our questions onsite. Since we are out of state, our agent and home inspector attended in person. There were very minor adjustments and they were addressed in a timely manner. |
Just keep doing what you're doing. Through each step, we continue to be impressed by Signature's commitment to consistency and follow through. Integrity and transparency matters to us. |

Mike Long contributed so much during the design conversations! Our previous home building experiences left that completely on us or an external designer. The input from Mike significantly reduced the stress as we navigated all the decisions. |
I already recommend Signature Homes based on these early experiences. One nuance that would have helped my experience is enabling me to perform more cost calculations ahead of the design appointment. I am probably outside the norm, but it would have been nice to have the area numbers for common calculations. Like backsplash, primary bed, etc. |

Everything has been great... the only thing that I was disappointed in was that the tree in my front yard died. I told them when I moved in within the first few days that the tree did not look like it was going to make it and I was told it would. When I realized it was indeed dead - I did a Warranty request. I know you do not warrant landscaping but it was dying when they put it in. |
