We enjoy seeing the pictures of the progress on our house in Cluster. The amenities that are available to us are going to be enjoyable. I don’t think that I will be bored with so many things for us to do at Primrose. I will be anxious for all of the new construction to be finished, but it takes time and I believe that Signature Homes is doing the best they can.
4/27/2026 5681 Purchaser Design Conducted / Submitted 9 Lily was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and so patient and kind. She is a real asset and is managing an immense amount of work. Really great experience with the design appointment! I was disappointed with the design choices available-especially the lighting. The prices for the lighting were high compared to what I could buy the same fixture for and the lighting allowance is laughable. Also the carpet offered was such poor quality and the upgraded carpet was almost as bad. Need to offer more options here as well! The electrical addition pricing was also very high and I felt like a lot of those things should have been included in a $700K home! Also the lots in the newer phase are so much smaller - they should be the same size as the original street! I feel like a fence should be an option up front instead of us having to have that done ourselves. The amenities are fabulous which is what draws people in but the pricing on upgrades and options are way too high. I am excited about my new home but a little regretful because of the price I had to pay to get what I wanted.
4/27/2026 5642 30d Walk 10 Signature employees and staff are great. From sales to service. I would suggest that someone run the shower sufficiently to determine if water escapes onto the floor. I would also suggest that the irrigation system be tested and perhaps set up so that the homeowner needs only to activate the water supply.

I was very impressed with the design choices compared to the previous home builders I used. I think even more design choices would be a positive (i.e., more selections for tile, paint color, and offer coffered ceilings).

1/12/2026 5457 30d Walk 9 Ultimately all things worked out and we are happy with our home. Your designers support should be stronger. It feels like they are over burdened with the number of homes they support at one time. In addition, many of our challenges stemmed from things that should have been called out or addressed by the designer. We had a series of designers support us—3 in total. Everyone was very nice with the best intentions but each of the three were impacted by the sheer volume of work. I believe that work volume kept them from managing details appropriately as well as calling out potential issues that could arise by choices we made. Knowledge of what the options are and what can or cannot be flexed should be stronger. In the end with the support of our incredible sales person Sarah Turner, all went well.

Designing our electrical needs might have been easier if we had a better understanding of local codes, what existing electrical would be provided so we'd better understand our additional needs. Fortunately we'd already placed our furniture on the Campbell plan, which helped tremendously. All in all the design process was excellent.
10/29/2025 5420 30d Walk 9 Good people. Easy to do business. Good quality home. Better awareness of the private resident next to the home being built. Mud stains on the fence, grass trampled, sidewalk and back porch mud tracks. Works coming in to the fenced yard when I have a dog out there.

10/20/2025 5645 Purchaser Frame Review 10 I think the quality of Signature is better than most of “quantity” builders. You really need to STOP. putting wire shelving in your homes. At your price points, wire shelving makes your homes look cheap…..which that are not. Go take a play from Huff Builders in Watersound Origins in Florida. Huff started building in Birmingham, but they now build quality “quantity” homes in Florida. You won’t see wire shelving in their homes!!!

They do not show one.

In Everlee, it is a constant struggle to avoid muddy roads and overall construction activity. I am fine with everything and understand. However, more emphasis needs to be placed on having the contractor(s) keeping the road clean. There is a constant struggle to kerp your car clean and then frive on roads that are wet with an over abundance of dirt on them. Roads shoild be cleaned every day....not every road, but areas where the truck traffic has made a mess.

8/4/2025 5485 Purchaser Frame Review 9 Excellent and very thorough review of the frame construction. Tim and Tammy were outstanding, noting any comments and addressing any concerns I had. 1010 on their support. We were very surprised at the quality of the lumber used. This is the fourth home we have built. The lumber used by Signature was far inferior than our other builders (Ryan, Custom, Toll Brothers). I would estimate sub standard grade #3 boards for up to 15 percent plus of the home. Some Utility Grade was also used but was reinforced with an adjacent board. This is poor lumber selection causing additional time to build and a poor appearance to the customer at the review. The build process seems very efficient and the home is generally clean at the end of the day.
