We had a leak due to a faulty faucet in the kitchen. Everyone quickly reacted (Rachel our warranty rep, Jim, the cabinet people, plumber, flooring, painters) and I was satisfied. My kids bought a house in Sage and haven’t had the same top notch experience. Different builders and support.

Warranty manager came out several times looking for anything that needed fixing and setting appointments with the various contractors to have them remediated. Friends who have come over have loved the house.	While I love the 1 gig fiber coming directly into the house, the location and the box for the router and associated wires need improvement. We opted to use Spectrum for our service. The box for it and the wiring is too small to contain it all. Can not close the door to the box and the router is precariously balanced. Second, the signal in our third bedroom is very weak and we can not use the space as we would like to.

The constant construction, trucks and overall busy nature of construction have been, and continues to be a hassle. It is unfathomable that anyone in Signature thought it was a great idea to not have a construction entrance. It also seems that the planning for stages of this development was not well thought out. Obviously, it is about what sells...I get that, but the constant dust, mud and overall construction traffic has been a huge negative, in addition to the roads coming in and through Everlee that are less than smooth and the constant navigating around the manhole covers. Again, most all of these issues would have been alleviated with a construction entrance.

I wish we could have been there in person but how far we live away prevented our being in person. The follow up inspection was concerning and quite stressful. The follow up inspection to the follow up will determine our easiness about moving forward.

Make sure construction sites and roads are remaining as “clean” as possible. Oversee traffic around roundabouts are observing lawful entry and exit. Many times I have encountered traffic traveling in wrong direction.

We enjoy seeing the pictures of the progress on our house in Cluster. The amenities that are available to us are going to be enjoyable. I don’t think that I will be bored with so many things for us to do at Primrose.	I will be anxious for all of the new construction to be finished, but it takes time and I believe that Signature Homes is doing the best they can.

Really great experience with the design appointment!	I was disappointed with the design choices available-especially the lighting. The prices for the lighting were high compared to what I could buy the same fixture for and the lighting allowance is laughable. Also the carpet offered was such poor quality and the upgraded carpet was almost as bad. Need to offer more options here as well! The electrical addition pricing was also very high and I felt like a lot of those things should have been included in a $700K home! Also the lots in the newer phase are so much smaller - they should be the same size as the original street! I feel like a fence should be an option up front instead of us having to have that done ourselves. The amenities are fabulous which is what draws people in but the pricing on upgrades and options are way too high. I am excited about my new home but a little regretful because of the price I had to pay to get what I wanted.

I would also suggest that the irrigation system be tested and perhaps set up so that the homeowner needs only to activate the water supply.

I was very impressed with the design choices compared to the previous home builders I used. 1/12/2026	5457	30d Walk	9	Ultimately all things worked out and we are happy with our home.	Your designers support should be stronger. It feels like they are over burdened with the number of homes they support at one time. In addition, many of our challenges stemmed from things that should have been called out or addressed by the designer. We had a series of designers support us—3 in total. Everyone was very nice with the best intentions but each of the three were impacted by the sheer volume of work. I believe that work volume kept them from managing details appropriately as well as calling out potential issues that could arise by choices we made. Knowledge of what the options are and what can or cannot be flexed should be stronger. In the end with the support of our incredible sales person Sarah Turner, all went well.

Designing our electrical needs might have been easier if we had a better understanding of local codes, what existing electrical would be provided so we'd better understand our additional needs. Fortunately we'd already placed our furniture on the Campbell plan, which helped tremendously. All in all the design process was excellent.
