Very easy to work with and Signature did a great job of creating community before we all moved in. |
A meeting to verbally review the final finishings choosen. There was a mix up with me not know that the island in another color was an option so I did not look know that I was getting an island in another color than the one listed in my package. |

Renderings of homes with more specific details of the exact home we are purchasing. Landscape renders should be exact and specific.
Design items were slightly over priced, would have loved the upgraded appliances if there was small cost savings but i was the same price as online.

helpful! The house was really clean! I would recommend split stairs and short sidewalks to the front porch from the street in front of the townhouse. Enjoyed working with Jaye and Annabelle!
