10/12/2026 2131 30d Walk 10 I am very impressed with the entire process of building a Holmes with Signature Homes. This was my first build from the ground up and it was like getting a custom home on a production level. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of my home. The builders are awesome, as well as QA and the realtor selling the homes. The only complaint that I had during the entire build process was there was a period of time somewhere in the middle for a few months that I could not get in touch with the design consultant. I would text questions and get no response. This was very frustrating since I was living in South Carolina and trying to build a house in Alabama. I needed answers to my questions so that I could make plans for my move.At some point later on Lauren became a lot easier to get answers from, but it was very frustrating for a while.

9/22/2026 2138 Orientation 10 Yes I would recommend Signature! Everyone at Signature has been Fantastic! Emma, Lauren and especially Brooke Gann! Brooke is the reason I have this beautiful home! I'm grateful for her guidance throughout my home buying journey! I initially had reservations about a semi-custom home, but Brooke listened to my concerns and reassured me about the quality, reputation and loyalty that Signature Homes provides to its homeowners, Because of Brooke, not only do I have a great home but I met some incredible people throughout the process! Overall a very positive experience but maybe a little more attention to interior job site cleanliness.

I built three houses with SH and not having a good estimate around the delivery date was uncomfortable. I understand the complexity of building a house, but I could have planned better if I had some better estimates.

We would like more access to our neighborhood, so we'd like the road to Hwy 52 opened and the new roads around Blackridge and to Shades Crest built.

They’ve gone above and beyond on anything I’ve asked about my house. Want to make sure our vendors are contacting homeowners before they show up to do warranty repairs. Happened to me twice - just want to make sure it doesn’t happen regularly!

So impressed!!! Knowledgeable, gets stuff done, very supportive, always available!!! Brooke Gann 5 stars! Tristan - excellent job, amazing! Lauren - really does am awesome design work, knows her stuff! Zach - did a great orientation job! Mick - awesome QA job! I wouldn’t change a thing!

She also was really efficient with recommendations and suggestions that fit our style, so to speak. She made us feel like every final decision we made was the right one and didn’t and didn’t pressure us at all. Wine, just kidding. Everything was great but if I have to recommend something, it would be more design access to the bedrooms and guest baths.

Zach at orientation and walk through was super validating that Signature cares and wants to sell the best homes! I understand the need to curate choices for buyers, but would love an opportunity for custom things to have a little more personality. Special approval process.

5/26/2026 2106 Purchaser Design Conducted / Submitted 10 Cordial and informed. Responded to emails and text in a timely manner. Our interaction with the realtor was lackluster... From obtaining a letter Hoover City Schools for our son regarding registration, to having a contract for our realtor took more than we feel was necessary. We want this to be an easy process for all involved...Questions regarding additions or exclusions in the contract weighted this process. This is a big undertaking for us... And we feel uneasy as we embark on the biggest project my family has encountered.

I would recommend using lay language, especially on builder calls. We were unfamiliar with all the processes. So would be helpful to explain permitting etc. that the builders are familiar with. (So they use a lot of shorthand acronyms)

The customer experience is actually baked into your business model and it matters!! Also very effective. I do firmly believe Signature goes above and beyond… both pre and post closing date. I was a very active participant in the process, not just a passive listener being told “ no that’s not an option “ My entire experience was stellar. Having a one year walk thru is very very valuable and appreciated. Thank you for that!! Have a responsive HOA. I do see improvements but it really is the only dark spot on your reputation.

From the customer service, lot walk-through, and the design process, Lauren has been highly knowledgeable and exceptionally pleasant to work with. She ensured that my wife and I were comfortable and making the most suitable selections. I wholeheartedly recommend Signature Homes. One valuable piece of advice is to prioritize customer satisfaction. My wife and I genuinely feel that our needs and priorities are being taken into account, and we are valued as customers.

1/10/2026 2032 30d Walk 10 Very easy to work with (the whole team Lauren, Carl), Brooke, Tommy, and Emily) The only issue we have had is at the end. We have had trouble with the gate code, key fobs, and decals. We closed on Oct 31 and this week got all of these working. (Jan 9th)

The HOA management company does a continual disservice to Signature. If the is one thing the neighbors complain about, it is McKay. The people at McKay who interact with the residents are insensitive, rude, and not results oriented (exactly the opposite of Signature).

11/18/2025 1908 11m Walk 10 Mark Smith was very helpful and patient from scheduling repairs or fixes needed during our one year warranty appointment all the way to seeing the job finished to our satisfaction. He offered to make sure things were completed even after the work was finished. We never had any issues throughout the process. His guys were on time and professional. Would recommend Signature homes to everyone. Being more transparent about the expected opening date to our back neighborhood entrance to highway 52. Giving residents access in and out of the gate at highway 52 during construction to provide convenience to residents help avoid having to commute or take the longer route through Blackridge parkway. Installing a barcode reader would keep through traffic to a minimum and only provide access to those of us that live in the Bradbury and Blackridge communities

11/3/2025 2151 Purchaser Frame Review 10 I would recommend Signature Homes to friends and colleagues because the building process is moving along as expected, keeping our timeline for occupancy in mind, the jobsite is being kept clean and orderly throughout the process, and Emma, our builder did a great job explaining the details of the house to us during our frame review. No improvements are needed at this time.
