Mark Smith was very helpful and patient from scheduling repairs or fixes needed during our one year warranty appointment all the way to seeing the job finished to our satisfaction. He offered to make sure things were completed even after the work was finished. We never had any issues throughout the process. His guys were on time and professional. Being more transparent about the expected opening date to our back neighborhood entrance to highway 52. Giving residents access in and out of the gate at highway 52 during construction to provide convenience to residents help avoid having to commute or take the longer route through Blackridge parkway. Installing a barcode reader would keep through traffic to a minimum and only provide access to those of us that live in the Bradbury and Blackridge communities |

My only suggestion would be to have another representative who could be available on the weekends. It was challenging to schedule things to be done OR onsite meetings for something to be looked at while I washave been working a full time job and having to take time off work or go in lateleave early. It would be more convenient if there was availability to have someone come to the house on the weekends. |
