We were given up-front pricing of what any changes would cost and were flexible in working with us on non-traditional requests for adding extra wiring for a future swimming pool and were immediately provided estimates same day on the costs involved. Bo pointed out suggested outlet placements in a bedroom for a TV that we had not thought about before our frame review meeting. | I didn't realize until the on-site meeting that the floor outlet in the great room was not movable. That could have been clearer in earlier communication. Not a huge deal breaker but we wasted a lot of time thinking about placement of something that ultimately we couldn't change anyway. A floor outlet in the upstairs family room was movable but that could have been clearer in earlier communications. A list of common electrical requests up-front would have been helpful (i.e. garage car charger). |
