Quality of materials used for cabinets, floors and even paint are not what we would expect from a "luxury" builder" She said she had a lot of issues with her garage floor cracking. Had to move her stuff out of the garage for us to address the cracks.
She said the interior and exterior paint is peeling. The trim paint especially.
Had the 1 year and several of the trim separations were touched up, but when she went back she still found blue tape.
She felt rushed for the one year.
kitchen cabinets have gaps. We repaired them, but concerned about future.
Did not like dealing with American Heating and Air. When Wade got involved things were greatly improved.
