I have spent a lot of time having people come back to correct what was not done correctly in the first place - paint, plumbing, heating. Our heating was set up incorrectly which ended up being very expensive on our power bill. Parker and sons were supposed to show up monday but they didn't answer my calls or show up so it didn't get fixed for 2 more weeks after that. The painters showed up 6 hours late then was in a hurry so did a poor job. he was also cussing in front of me and my child. The painters that came back to fix their work were very polite. We were missing a t-bar for our plumbing that we needed for hot water. HOA approved fence even though it had the incorrect fence post size. We corrected the post size, but that shouldn't have been approved and cost us time or money. Also HOA would not return calls when trying to get sorted out. Matt has been great. Felt like home was rushed.
Follow up
I spoke with Ms. Gantz at the 30 day:Been good. Very responsive to get tickets out. HVAC wasn't working correctly, but was fixed. Parker and sons took a few times to have them get there. Painters have not been professional. Were supposed to show up 6 hours later than what they said. He was in a rush and made it obvious he didn't want to be there.
