Getting things resolved has been a significant issue. We should have concrete walk way so that people and there dogs are not walking in our yard every day. There is a walkway on the other side. They are now cutting corners with our fence. We have pictures of where everyone else’s fence is and where ours is.Both sides of our yards have been wet and muddy. The whole time we have lived here which was October 28. So I really wouldn’t recommend signature homes to anyone. Put a sidewalk in, so that no one is walking through our yard with their dogs, put French drain zone so that our yard drains correctly, put the fence where it needs to go like everyone else's. Follow Up
Spoke with homeower and went by to see what she was referring to. She is next to the condos. The sidewalk does end at her house currently, but will be extended further to the condos in the next few months. Drainage was okay, she was adament she needed a french drain, but it was confirmed it was not needed. Once driveway can extend to condos people should not cut through her yard again.
