House was NOT ready at close.Water heater was not hooked up when they moved in. Had about 15 people in the house when they went to closing and when they returned they didn't leave until 6:00. His bedroom is significantly warmer than the rest of the house (I know we are working on a plan correction). Had drainage issues because he extended his driveway. Overall not happy with the delivery of the home. Jeremy has been great and has addressed his concerns. Feels good about moving forward with him, but not a good experience at the close.
