"The process leading up to the sale was excellent. Once in the home, multiple issues noted (electrical - breakers tripping, the kitchen cabinet doors separating, data cables not functioning, poor water pressure, cheap toilet seats, etc.). It seems the focus was quick build versus quality."She said that the cabinets felt cheap, because we had to come back and repair where some separation was made in the doors. She also said she had several electrical issues in the home as soon as they moved in. These were addressed, but it put her since of confidence on pause. She said we had another electrician come by several weeks ago and it seems like it is alright now. She said she replaced all of the toilet seats because the ones we used was “cheap” and the bolts had broken some of the plastic. Where she currently parks is very dirty. The landscapers came in to landscape and left dirt/dust all over the streets/parking. Once she closed she had to get her address “enabled.”? Siad it took a long time to get mail and for Amazon to know where she lived.
