Dirt,dust everywhere while building. I had to power wash my house 3 times. It just doesn’t stop. Roadways and especially alleys are just horribly managed with huge ruts and mud/dirt collection. Some were impassable with a low wheelbase car Stop using those brush machines that kick up silt everywhere. Manage the roadways
Follow Up
When following up with the Colemans, they were very adament that everyone has been great to work with and they would recommend Signature Homes. It was a very goating letter praising everyone on the team, they had filled out the survey when frustrated with the dirt and dust on roadways and in community.
