While the sales people are friendly up front, I don’t feel like they actually care about homeowners or potential buyers. I feel like they stretch their “every home is model ready” approach. There are many things in my home that are not the same quality of build as the models. When I pointed that out I was told by warranty that they just weren’t going to fix the things I brought up. They are extremely easy to work with on easy fixes but they simply are not interested in fixing the bigger problems. Don’t rush your builds. When my house was being built, I was driving by one day to check on it and as I was driving by I saw the painters literally running back and forth with the spray gun painting the outside of my house. Needless to say, the paint job was pathetic.Show more care about other peoples property. Much flashing on my house was put up with many dents and wrinkles. Looks like heck! When I brought that up to the warranty people I was told they were not going to fix that.At my 11 month inspection, I hired a home inspector who said, and I quote “ this is the worst roof I have seen all year”. Pretty discouraging considering this is the largest investment I have ever made.
