Not a great experience. Had a leak right as they moved in in the garage ceiling. The HVAC wasn't hooked up to any drainage device so water literally leaked onto garage ceiling. They called the emergency line because they had another leak in the master, and nobody ever called back or contacted them. Jeremy handled it, but wasn't aware of the call. Painters went in to touch up, but made it worse. This is a second time homeowner. Had a good experience first round. Eric going to meet him.
