Had some issues. Hopefully getting through them, but been exhausting. Moved to the neighborhood because of Signature. Felt rushed for the move in by Dec 15. Didn't feel like things were done and lived in California. Was told builders get fined if they don't close by then. He said there were several items that weren't done until after close. He said he should have not closed until everything was done. If anything outstanding after move, we would take care of things. Wanted beams replaced, we did and now he says they look worse. Since day 1 had problem with hot water since day 1. Had to fix several times. Got email yesterday that we were going to cancel his plumbing warranty because he put a water softner installed. Paid extra for sound insulation for loft over garage and he thinks nothing was there. Feels like all of his texts get ignored. Said he's supposed to get reimbursed for insulation or something. He wasn't sure.
