I truly love our new home, and overall, the home-buying experience was wonderful. However, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made: Pest issue: Within the second week of moving in, we noticed mice inside the walls. They appear to have entered through unsealed gaps in the garage that need to be properly sealed.Backyard sod installation: The backyard grass seems to have been installed in a rush. The ground is uneven, causing water to pool in several low spots after rainfall, which attracts mosquitoes. It appears that the area was not graded or leveled correctly before sod installation.Address mapping issue: Our home address does not yet appear correctly on Google Maps and instead redirects to Helena. This has caused several delivery and visitor issues.

I know about the mice and the yard. Mice problem was mice getting into garage area, found a hole in the back and made their way into the home. Started with the kitchen and then went to pantry. We got Rogue out there and found the mice and removed them. I then went throughout the entire home searching for gaps or cracks or ways in. I found several and patched these areas. The mice have been gone for several weeks now. The back yard has several spots where the sod has sunk down due to the irrigation lines settling around back patio and middle of yard. I have a work order to landscapers to fix all affected areas. I have their repair scheduled for Next Friday, Feb27th. Thanks
