Our water leak in front of the home and keeping it wet every day...and high water bills....I hope no one will face problem like us in future. I can only give you high if you can fix the problem with water leak as a NEW HOME OWNER.This is a problem from DAY 1 and have to deal with BWW daily instead you could have made that work correctly before we move in and not become a headache.   Having no issues and providing problem free home to begin with

He is an investor. Warranty has only dealt with the tennant. There was an issue to begin with, but it was with the water works. Not something we could control.
