First house was not ready agent request it will be late and Xmas time he want to close and pushing so much so he target done . Even lawyer closing papaer was not ready and keep pushing us for closing blame on customer very stress full environment he created
Follow Up
We sat his closing on November 17, 2025 for a future date of 12/19/25.
On December 3, 2025 we changed his contract to a New LLC per his request.
On December 16, 2025 I received a compliance letter that his New LLC was ok.
He closed on December 19, 2025. This investor was not in a hurry to close and pushed tried to push us off.
