Overall minimal to no flexibility outside of design options and catalog. The famously repeated phrase "If it's not in the catalog it will have to be done after closing." But did give a 6 as I've seen the catalog updated a couple times during our process and tells me they are trying to include more options based on peoples wants, but sometimes it is difficult to meet everyones needs and being flexible there would be more inclusive.Having a way to be more flexible and work with customers to build their unique home based on options they want outside of the design catalog. Instead of the same cookie cutter options. Also the structural/foundational build of homes is very average, in some areas below average for average home price and locations homes are built in.
Follow Up
These homeowners came in wanting many extra items in their home that we would never offer. They were told this from the very beginning, but did not want to accept they couldn't get what they wanted. The appointment went well, but this was a sticking point to them.
