Talked with wife, Michelle. She enjoys the community, but has had some frustrations. She closed a year ago and before they closed it was dead of winter, then hard freeze came. She was told by us that if anything died we would take care of it. A year later we just told her no, when she's followed up several times. She also had some window leaks and quality of paint when they came for the one year wasn't great.
