Left Message: Good value of homes, great floor plans and beautiful designs are positives. Frustrations/delays in buying process and concerning warranty issues that are difficult to get addressed are negatives. Kitchen cabinet quality is another negative.
What is the most important improvement we could make that would make you more likely to recommend us?
Clearly defined and communicated processes in purchasing, building, and handling of warranty items. Warranty needs a customer portal or project management tool to manage requests and repairs. More upgrade options for tile etc would have been nice to be able to do.
